AFAOM funds graduate level research projects conducted at the facilities of American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in the areas of theory and practice of acupuncture techniques, herbal medicine, and other areas, including the study of the effectiveness of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other techniques for various disorders.

Sponsor Scholarship Programs
AFAOM sponsors a scholarhship program to promote the study of Oriental medicine at American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. These scholarships help students in their study of acupuncture & Oriental medicine, and provide qualified prospective students with opportunities to study in this field. The purpose of this program is to provide the community with well-trained professionals.

The Foundation uses its resources to conduct free seminars, clinical services, and exhibition to the community.
